Conducive Technology may be relatively new to the logistics industry, however we have a long and successful history. Conducive has served many of the world's leading airlines, concentrating on the travel industry through the development of travel and loyalty applications. A few of the many travel customers we have served are listed below:

Conducive Technology's relationship with American Airlines dates back to 1995 when we developed AA's first consumer reservations software, Personal AAccess. Conducive went on to build the internet booking engine for in 1998, gaining significant Sabre, BroadVision, Oracle and Sun Solaris experience in the process. This engine became the precursor to the BookSmart product and proved its ability to handle the massive growth that experienced over the years. In addition, Conducive developed the AAdvantage program section of and assisted in the development of the IT infrastructure for the AOL AAdvantage program.

Air Canada selected the BookSmart booking engine to power its travel portal. The site, which launched in April 2002, runs on Sun Solaris and is integrated with the Sabre Global Distribution System.

In March 2001 Aer Lingus launched their Website using BookSmart and custom functionality built by Conducive Technology. The site features internet fares, companion fares, TAB award booking, availability scanning functions, and combinability. It uses the Amadeus Global Distribution System, BroadVision and Oracle running on Sun Solaris servers.

A Colombian air carrier, ACES selected BookSmart to be their Internet booking engine for the customer Website. Their system is integrated with the EDS Shares Computer Reservation System, IBM's WebSphere and IBM's DB2 database running on Sun Solaris. The ACES site launched in February of 2001.
